Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the overall building construction work
- Make a work plan daily, weekly and monthly in accordance with the project master time schedule Prepare and produce architectural and interior construction drawing sets
- Monitor the project and ensure that the project is finished with the right quality and timely
Requirements:
- Female/male, max 45 years old
- Min S1 civil engineering preferable
- Min 5 years’ experience in the same position
- Having a broad knowledge about property industry in Indonesia
- Having a technical knowledge of high rise building & resort project
- Having a knowledge representation system and work documents
- Capable of drawing, checking and revising the shop-drawing
- Good hand sketch detailing capability
- Able to handle & monitor operation
- Well versed in English (both written & spoken)
- Accurately, Result Oriented, Strong analytical & Strategic
- Good Communication, Strong Leadership, Good Problem Solving & Having a knowledge in Managerial Skill
- Willing to be placed in all of our ongoing projects
